IMPACT

OUR GOALS

Our impact goals for this next two years are:

  • Expand the Jadar Declaration by inviting peasant communities, Indigenous people and social movements in territories affected by the booming lithium mining to join as a member.
  • Encourage more than 30 mainstream civil society groups from Europe to become more responsive to the Critical Raw Materials Act from the European Parliament due to violations of fundamental human and environmental rights.
  • Support in awareness-raising campaigns of the Andean Wetlands Alliance for their petition of the international recognition of the conservation and sustainable use of Ramsar sites under the auspices of UNESCO.
  • Equipping young trainees and multiplicators as trusted messengers (200+) on the #RightToSayNoToMining from the portrayed communities of Chile and Serbia for better engagement with their peers.
